In Brooklyn, Ukrainian interior stylist Julia Kropovinska and interior designer Artem Kropovinsky, founders of ARSIGHT Studio, have transformed their 1920s top-floor rental into a stylish, flexible home. Blending functionality and warmth, their design features modular furniture, renter-friendly upgrades, and a strong connection to nature. The open-plan living area integrates lounge, dining, and workspace, with a solid oak dining table doubling as a workstation and kitchen prep area. Large sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and open onto a rare, oversized balcony—an extension of their home. In the bedroom, soft tones and textures create a peaceful retreat, with a repositioned bed facing a discreet projector setup. Prioritising adaptability, this small Brooklyn rental proves that even temporary spaces can feel deeply personal and thoughtfully designed.
